Soft-touch tunnel and full-service clean
Our tunnel uses Neoglide™, a soft-touch foam material on the brushes. It is designed to stay cleaner and avoid holding onto dirt the way older cloth systems can.
We use high-quality cleaning products help cut through salt, pollen, bug residue, dust, and everyday grime. Inside, our team handles express vacuuming, interior surfaces wiped, windows cleaned, and rubber mats power-sprayed.
Our Professional Wash Process
Tough on grime, gentle on the environment
Every full-service wash includes exterior wash, under body rinse, express interior vacuum, glass inside and out, interior surfaces wiped, dash and console dusted as applicable, rubber mats power-sprayed, and a hand dry of the exterior. Trunk vacuum is available on request where listed in your package, and our team can walk you through what is included when you arrive.
But we do so in an environmentally conscious way: runoff from professional washing is collected and handled responsibly. We use environmentally safer cleaning products where possible and about 132 liters of water per wash, which is a few hundred liters less than many driveway washes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay), Debit, Cash, and select Fleet Cards.

What kind of wash system do you use?
We use a soft-touch tunnel system using Neoglide brushes that are safe for your cars finish and don’t hold any dirt like soft cloth. Hogs hair brushes are used for prepping parts of the vehicle. We use high quality soaps and cleaning products. We never use stiff brushes, and all interiors are clean by hand using microfiber towels. Towels are cleaned after each vehicle.

How do I submit a complaint or feedback?

How often should I wash my car?
It depends on how and where you drive. In winter, we recommend washing once every one to two weeks to protect against road salt. In other seasons, every two to four weeks is a good baseline to maintain your car’s appearance and longevity.

What happens if I’m not happy with the service?
Please speak with us before you leave. If something looks off or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly redo it if we are able with the tools we have.
